At Knits & Knots, every product is a handmade crochet creation, thoughtfully crafted by skilled artisans. Due to the nature of handmade and custom crochet products, our return and exchange policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our makers.
Handmade & Custom Crochet Products
All customised crochet products, including custom colours, sizes, or made-to-order designs, are final sale.
These items are specially handcrafted based on individual preferences and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns on Ready-Stock Crochet Products
- Ready-stock crochet accessories and lifestyle products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact
- Returns showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted
Exchange Policy for Crochet Apparel
- Crochet clothing such as tops, cardigans, sweaters, and pet apparel are eligible for exchange only
- Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Refunds are not provided for fit, size, or preference-related reasons
Wrong Product or Damaged Product Claims
In case of a damaged item or incorrect product delivery, customers are required to share:
- Clear photos of the received crochet product
- Photos of the original packaging
- Photo of the courier label
This helps us resolve issues quickly and ensures transparency for handmade product orders.
Store Credit & Restocking Fee
- Approved returns (without defects) will be issued as store credit, valid for future purchases
- A nominal restocking fee may apply to cover artisan handling and logistics
- Store credit helps us continue sustainable and ethical handmade production
- Sale & Discounted Items
All products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Pet & Kids Crochet Products
Returns are accepted only if products are unused and meet our return criteria.
